Rides... We have lot's of them! ... Organized and operated by our Ride Leaders
We have regular Weekly Rides
Beg: 40 km or less, pace adjusted to slower riders, intro to group riding, come as you are and we'll help you out
Int: 50+ km, pace is faster than beginner rides, need to feel comfortable with group riding, should have base fitness level, road bike and proper footwear
Adv: High speeds and longer distances make these rides very challenging. Some may be "drop" rides.
No-Drop ride: There will be regroup points and pace adjustments so you are not left on your own.
Drop ride: Where you may come along and hang on as long as you can but be prepared to be on your own if you can't keep up.
