About Kerry and what

these sessions: |
- These sessions are not just a structured workout but will include individual coaching to help you progress in your cycling performance... so, bring your issues - cycling ones only please as I am not a therapist

- Speed, Cadence, Power and Endurance will all improve as a result of these sessions.
- These sessions are performed on trainers but make no mistake... YOU WILL gain skills and knowledge that you will use on the road.
- Heart rate monitoring is a significant portion of this training so a monitor is helpful but not mandatory (ask Kerry about these).
- Based on desires of the group, we may do a Conconi test session so you can determine your lactic threshold heart rate.
- Kerry's qualifications:
- Certified Level 2 Cycling coach
- Certified Spinning instructor for 13 years
- First Aid certified
- Former Mountain, Road and Track racer
- Ride Captain for The Ride2Survive
- Regular ride leader on Team Coastal rides

We ride in all weather! we have tents to ride under so you will stay dry. |
| Ride Description: |
- Bring your bike, trainer or rollers, towel and water (and dress warm because you will be outside) and enjoy a training session that will challenge and improve your riding abilities through the winter and be ready for spring.
- Rides will vary from 1 hour to almost 2 hours depending on the workout.
- Contact Kerry with any questions.
- Kerry is a Level 2 Certified Cycling Coach.
- If you have good music you want Kerry to play, bring it.
