Mission Statement
To raise funds for cancer research and treatment and to promote cycling through an annual epic "RIDE" - The Ride2Survive. The Ride2Survive embodies and epitomizes the struggle of cancer patients past, present, and in the future.
Spirit of the Ride
The spirit of the Ride2Survive lies in the memory of those who have lost their battle with cancer, those in the throes of their fight, those in remission, and those who remain as yet undiagnosed.
About The Ride
Our Ride2Survive is not a race but while it is not a race we do have a goal of reaching our destination within a certain time period. With this in mind, pace is important and at times everyone may not be able to keep up. Help comes in the form of assistance from fellow riders and also from our volunteer people in escort vehicles.
The Ride2Survive itself is special in that though it may be difficult it is one that is done as a group and where all riders start and finish this struggle together. We all endure, we all help our fellow riders and we all survive. We all share the same goal of riding and finishing together.
